EXTRAORAL X-RAYS
Extraoral X-rays as their name implies are those X-rays that are placed outside the mouth during X-ray exposure. They are used to image large areas of the skull and jaws in one shot. They are very useful in Orthodontics and Oral Surgery, there are several radiographs among which we have:
